PrompTRex provides software for capturing and analyzing AI prompts. The CLI is an open-core utility intended for local use. The Dashboard is a cloud-based service provided to enhance the local capture history. Services are provided "as-is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your credentials or access with unauthorized third parties.

You may not use PrompTRex for any illegal activities or to transmit data that violates third-party rights. **You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to transmit any prompts or metadata synced to our servers.** We do not monitor your prompt content but reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in abusive or harmful behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrompTRex and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including data loss or unauthorized access to your synchronized prompt history.
